Position Description Owns and leads the design, governance, and delivery of U.S. Total Rewards programs, translating the organization’s Total Rewards strategy into competitive, equitable, compliant, and cost-effective compensation and benefits programs. Provides strategic leadership across U.S. compensation, benefits, retirement, wellness, and related rewards programs, while ensuring alignment with regional and global Total Rewards philosophy, frameworks, and governance.
