Job Description What is the opportunity? The Network Operations Analyst is responsible for monitoring and supporting RBC's global network environment on a 24/7/365 basis while leveraging artificial intelligence capabilities and executing disaster recovery procedures. As a member of the Technology Operations & Resiliency Network Operations Centre - NOC, you will be accountable for proactive incident detection, rapid response, service restoration, and effective disaster recovery Infrastructure recovery execution across all network technology platforms. This role requires knowledge in AI-driven monitoring platforms and the ability to maintain business continuity during critical infrastructure failures and testing.
