How you will make contributions that matter As the National Business Manager – Independent Grocery (Metcash), you will take ownership of a key national portfolio and drive growth through strong customer partnerships and category leadership. Reporting to the Head of Sales – Independent Grocery, you’ll take full ownership of commercial outcomes while partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders. Key elements of your role will include: Developing and executing Joint Business Plans to deliver sales growth and category performance Building strong, long-term relationships with Metcash and Multi Store Operators becoming a trusted commercial partner Driving distribution, share of shelf, profitability and market share outcomes Leading forecasting and demand planning accuracy across internal and external stakeholders Analysing market and scan data to identify opportunities and
