Join our global technology team as a Microsoft 365 Consultant with fluent German and become a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers. You’ll help large organizations get the most value from their Microsoft 365 environments through proactive guidance, issue resolution and best-practice recommendations.
In this customer-facing role, you’ll work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, deepen your Microsoft 365 and Copilot expertise and grow your career in consulting. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys combining deep technical knowledge with clear communication.
YOUR MISSION:
• Provide advisory and technical support for Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune)
• Resolve complex incidents through root cause analysis and work with internal teams on critical cases
• Deliver proactive services such as health checks, risk assessments, and optimization recommendations
• Communicate with German-speaking customers and turn technical topics into clear, practical guidance
• Support customers with migrations, adoption, and security and compliance improvements
• Create technical documentation and reports, and stay current with Microsoft 365 updates

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. We are hiring at the following management levels, and any offer will align with the base pay range according to the level at which you are assessed:
Specialist : 2050€ - 4050€
Associate Manager : 2550€ - 4800€
WHO YOU ARE:
• 5+ years of professional experience in enterprise IT environments, including consulting or customer-facing delivery
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and architecture (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Entra ID)
• Solid understanding of identity, access management, and security concepts (Conditional Access, MFA, Zero Trust principles)
• Experience with Intune/Endpoint Manager, Microsoft Purview, or Defender for Office 365
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field
• English and German language proficiency at Upper intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1) level
