Position Summary: Under the direction of the Associate Director, Admissions & Recruitment, and working in close collaboration with the Admissions team members, the incumbent is actively involved in the recruitment of the best students to our MBA program, as well as other Desautels Masters programs. The candidate will represent the Faculty at recruitment events presenting our programs locally, nationally and internationally. Liaising with the admissions, careers, alumni, marketing and communication teams, the candidate will maintain close relationship with prospective applicants throughout the entire application process, actively follow up with those admitted to the program, and maintain contact with them during their studies at Desautels and after.
