Position Summary: Reporting to the Associate Director , Career coaching of Desautels Career Management Services (CMS) , and working closely with the Academic Director, Program Director, Technical Interview Coach, and Industry Liaison for the Master of Management in Analytics (MMA) program , the Masters Career Coach (MMA) leads the program’s general career development and career-readiness services. The incumbent provides individualized coaching , designs program-wide programming , and translates labor-market intelligence into student-facing support so students receive coherent and relevant guidance.
