Location: Negotiable (US Locations Only) Overview/Summary The People Engagement Business Partner works with Commercial Services leaders and People Engagement Leads to translate business priorities and transformation agendas into clear, audience-first communications. The role provides strategic counsel and delivers integrated internal and executive communications that strengthen alignment, engagement and adoption across a complex global organization. Responsibilities include : Help shape and deliver an integrated communications strategy for the Chief Commercial Officer and Commercial leadership, aligning key functions around priority programs, growth campaigns and transformation agendas. Partner with People Engagement Leads, business leaders, HR, Marketing, Change, Markets and Corporate Functions to translate business priorities into actionable communications and engagement plans. Advise stakeholders on objectives, audiences, messages, channels, timing, risks and desired outcomes.
