We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join Aspect’s Technical Operations team. You will be responsible for the preparation, formulation, and in-process testing, and manufacturing of cell therapy products, and biomaterials used across all of Aspect’s bioprinted tissue therapeutic programs. This role is critical to ensuring consistent, high-quality, and aseptic cell therapy production to enable preclinical research, process development, and clinical manufacturing activities. Responsibilities Perform aseptic handling, isolation, expansion, passaging, harvest, and cryopreservation of cell lines, alongside the preparation, formulation, compounding, filtration, and aliquoting of therapeutic biomaterials under standardized protocols and cGMP guidelines. Prepare, setup, and operate biomanufacturing equipment, automated cell processing platforms, bioprinters, and analytical instrumentation used in cell therapy and biomaterial production used in cell therapy and biomaterial preparation. Maintain accurate, timely, detailed batch records, logs, and production documentation in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
