This position is part of the Global Reinsurance Accounting Center of Excellence (CoE), a team that is responsible for producing timely and accurate financial information relating to highly complex affiliate and external reinsurance treaties. In this role, you will lead the analysis of reinsurance treaties and legal entities, including the preparation and assessment of reinsurance results, presenting analytical findings, reviewing and implementing new reinsurance treaties, and ensuring consistent and accurate implementation of reinsurance calculations and accounting models across global operations. The successful candidate will also be expected to manage and own special projects related to the implementation of new accounting standards, operational initiatives, or treaty agreements. These projects will involve interacting and working directly with Global Finance, IT, and Actuarial teams. Position Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze reinsurance settlements and reporting for internal and external reinsurance treaties, including complex global treaties covering multiple accounting bases (IFRS 17, NAIC, Tax and Bermuda STAT) Compile and review reinsurance-related footnote disclosures
