Join our Bucharest office as a Manager and take on a dynamic role focused entirely on Transfer Pricing . What you will be doing: Lead complex transfer pricing projects, including tax audits which involves discussions with Romanian tax authorities. Prepare and negotiate advance pricing agreements (APA) and mutual agreement procedures (MAP). Provide strategic advice on transfer pricing matters to multinational clients. Manage client relationships and mentor junior team members. Contribute to business development initiatives and thought leadership in transfer pricing. What we need from you: University degree in accounting, economics, or law. Minimum 5 years of experience in transfer pricing or tax advisory, with proven leadership skills. Strong knowledge of OECD Guidelines and Romanian TP legislation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple engagem
