We are seeking a Manager, System Planning - Gas to join our Major Projects organization in Houston, TX. In this role, you will provide leadership, technical oversight, and strategic direction for the System Planning function — responsible for hydraulic modeling and system design of pipeline and facility projects, as well as firm transportation capacity determination, management, and posting. You will ensure the development of optimized, competitive, and reliable system plans that balance safety, cost, schedule, and operational performance. You will lead a team of planning engineers and subject matter experts, aligning planning outputs with business objectives while collaborating across Project Development, Execution, Operations, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality project scope and decision support.
