Job Description What is the opportunity? Functions Supplier Management Office (FSMO) is seeking a Manager, Risk Supplier Management, to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Policy and Standards requirements and driving effective supplier governance across the Functions Portfolio. You will work collaboratively with Business partners, Centre of governance and technology teams to safeguard RBC's risk posture through comprehensive supplier due diligence and ongoing relationship management. What will you do? Third-Party Risk Management & Compliance In accordance with RBC's Enterprise Policy on Third Party, Non-supplier third party (NSTP) and Intra-Group service providers, lead day-to-day execution of Supplier Risk Management Assessments following RBC's TPRM established processes and OSFI guidelines Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document risk requirements for new and existing supplier engagements Ensure effective management and implementation of appropriate controls for third-party arrangements aligned to TPRM policies to monitor and mitigate supplier engagement risk across the FSMO portfoli
