This role acts as a key liaison between Sales, Client Services, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, and external government agencies including ESDC and the CRA. The successful candidate will ensure effective servicing, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement of RDSP and RESP processes for Advisors, Dealers, and internal BMO partners. Key Responsibilities Coordinate closely with Sales, Client Services, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, and external agencies such as ESDC and CRA to support Advisors, Dealers, and BMO Sales teams with the servicing of RDSP and RESP plans. Act as the primary point of escalation for complex RDSP and RESP servicing issues raised by Sales teams or Client Services.
