The Opportunity The Manager Real Estate is TC Energy’s primary subject matter expert for the strategy, transactions, and stewardship of the company’s corporate real estate portfolio , spanning corpo rate , re gional, and field offices , across its Canadian, U.S., and Mexican footprint. Reporting to the Director, Facilities Services and Real Estate Management , the role serves as the company’s senior internal advisor on leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio strategy, ensuring real estate decisions align with operational needs, cost efficiency, and long-term business growth. This position requires deep commercial and analytical expertise , the ability to navigate multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments, and a track record of driving favo r able ou
