Overview of the Role Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Production Manager is responsible for leading our Production team to produce and package quality dairy products and by-products in an efficient, safe and cost-effective manner. The Production Manager is responsible for promoting positive employee relationships and foster an environment where we can all make contributions that matter. Status: Permanent, Full Time Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm, with flexibility to support off-shifts as required within a 24/7 operation. Salary: From $106,870 to $140,270 Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
