We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Manager / Senior Manager, Product Development to join our Product team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of life insurance products from concept through launch, ensuring solutions meet customer needs, business objectives, and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Distribution, Actuarial, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Risk functions to deliver innovative product solutions that strengthen our market position and create value for customers. Position Responsibilities: Manage the delivery of new products and enhancements from concept to launch, including business cases, product specifications, stakeholder alignment, and preparation of point of sales documents. Support the development and execution of product roadmap for assigned product portfolios by identifying market opportunities, customer needs, industry trend and translating insights into actionable product initiatives and value propositions.
