Job Description What is the opportunity? As Manager, National Credit you will lead operations within Wealth Management Canada's National Credit division. The primary purpose for this position is to supervise and provide leadership for a team supporting time sensitive, complex exception-based and/or highly specialized credit operations processes. You will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and training new team members, while providing coaching, recognition, and development for your team in a fast-paced environment. The Manager will provide insights and support to a variety of credit and risk transactions in a high-volume environment. The role requires working with regulators, Internal Controls, Operational Risk, Internal/External Auditors, Finance and Royal Bank partners to ensure that the team adheres to policies and procedures. Balancing risk and operational efficiency while delivering a high level of client satisfaction are the key components of this role. What will you do?
