As Manager, Operations, Fund Oversight, you will join our Global Fund Oversight team in Montreal and play a key leadership role in safeguarding the accuracy and integrity of Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations for Manulife’s internally and externally managed funds. We are looking for a results-driven leader with strong investment accounting expertise and a deep understanding of financial markets to oversee day-to-day operations, operational support and file reviews. Beyond daily delivery, you will help shape the future of fund oversight by strengthening controls, optimizing processes, identifying synergies and building trusted, influential relationships with key partners and stakeholders. In this role, you will lead meaningful initiatives, contribute to key projects and stay current on evolving accounting and regulatory reporting requirements. You will also serve as a role model and mentor, sharing your expertise, developing junior team members and inspiring active participation across the team’s priorities and projects.
