The team provides regulatory and operational advisory support to business partners and the frontline, develops practical tools, guidance, and training programs to support the effective execution of policies and procedures, and promotes a strong culture of compliance and risk management. This role designs, develops, implements, tests, measures, and manages mutual fund dealer processes, ensuring process design reflects business strategy, regulatory requirements, stakeholder needs, and the desired client experience. The role requires a strong understanding of the regulatory landscape, including CIRO Mutual Fund Dealer Rules and other applicable regulatory obligations.
