Job Description & Summary Ready to turn financial analysis into insights that matter in a transaction? Join our Deals team as a Manager with a focus on Transaction Services. You will work with private equity investors and corporate clients, helping them understand the businesses they are buying or selling and make informed transaction decisions. Your main focus will be leading financial due diligence engagements, identifying key financial risks and explaining their implications for the deal. You will also collaborate with our Valuation and Corporate Finance teams on selected projects, bringing a financial due diligence perspective to broader transaction advisory work. As our new Deals Manager, you will: Lead the projects at our Deals unit: financial due diligence, business valuation, sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory and other corporate finance projects (responsible for the entire process of project management, i.e. from planning to delivery of end results, with a focus on quality and efficiency) Grow our Deals business through active business development (proactively seeking and identifying business development opportunities and coordinate proposal submission and engagement with
