Job Description: Initiate and develop the sales leadership training strategies to drive the company agency growth in terms of number of active recruiters and number of young leaders. Develop, implement, and monitor agency strategies (including but not limited to High New Worth business, MCI focused training and Development, Agency Productivity Enhancement) for agency productivity growth and agency team development.
