As a working manager, this role combines people leadership with strategic HR expertise, providing trusted advice on complex workforce and organizational matters. The role leads key people initiatives, mentors HR talent, and supports the effective delivery of HR programs and solutions across our Canadian Heavy Oil Operations. This position is based in Calgary, Alberta. Responsibilities: Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Senior HR Business Partners, building capability and ensuring consistent, high-quality HR support across the business. Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders, providing strategic HR guidance to support business performance, organizational effectiveness, and workforce capability.
