The Health & Safety Manager is responsible for leading and sustaining the facility’s health and safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance, reduce risk, and protect employees and the environment. This role drives a strong safety culture through proactive leadership, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. How You Will Make Contributions That Matter Provide leadership to promote a strong safety culture across all departments. Manage and maintain site safety programs, including OSHA compliance and reporting. Conduct safety audits, inspections, and hazard assessments (JSAs). Lead accident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Track and report safety metrics, injury data, and compliance activities. Manage workers’ compensation claims and partner with HR on return-to-work programs. Develop and deliver safety training and ensure compliance with requi
