Job Description What is the opportunity? As a Manager in STP Governance and Controls team, you will play a key role in strengthening RBC’s governance and control framework for Statutory Transfer Pricing (STP). This position encompasses managing stakeholder requests, establishing and maintaining robust internal control processes, and supporting enterprise-wide STP initiatives. You will ensure RBC meets tax requirements while maintaining operational efficiency and integrity across all transfer pricing activities. You will also identify and drive transformation opportunities by leveraging automation tools and in-house AI technologies What will you do? Maintain and enhance the STP governance and controls framework, ensuring comprehensive alignment with enterprise risk management standards and regulatory requirements. Identify control gaps and inefficiencies within the STP environment, assess their impact, and recommend strategic improvements to strengthen the overall control environment and operational effectiveness. Lead and execute process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance control operating models, and improve the accuracy and timeliness of STP reporting delive
