In this role, you will help drive Global Technology & Operations' strategy, transformation, AI enablement, workforce modernization, value realization, and governance agenda. You will lead analytical and transformation workstreams, develop business cases and executive insights, and help ensure initiatives deliver measurable outcomes across Technology and Operations. You will serve as a key coordination and execution lead across multiple geographies, maintaining visibility across portfolio priorities, dependencies, risks, and outcomes. You will also lead first-line Responsible AI governance and Model Risk Management (MRM) execution activities within GTO, helping teams navigate governance requirements, prepare documentation, coordinate reviews, and maintain compliance with enterprise standards. This is an AI-native team.
