Job Description What is the opportunity? This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Finance Shared Services-Finance Application Operations team. As Manager of Business Operations Support, this position is responsible for the ongoing management of FIBRS (Financial Business Rules system), with a key focus on the Calculations rules. As subject matter expert (SME) you will work with our business partners to identify new requirements and system enhancement opportunities to drive Finance System improvements and efficiencies. What will you do? Manage the shared service team responsible for processing FiBRS business rules transactions. As subject matter expert (SME), work with our business partners to identify new requirement opportunities to drive Finance System improvements and efficiencies related to FIBRS rules Validate the impact of business rule changes to financial reporting, lead user acceptance test plan creation & execution and provide clients with UAT results for signoff Validate weekly/monthly reports to ensure completeness & accuracy of FIBRS business rules Proactively contribute content to Knowledge Management tool to contribute to an efficient support environment and acti
