Line of Service Internal Firm Services Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism IFS - Risk & Quality (R&Q) Management Level Manager Job Description & Summary This is a high-impact role providing dedicated investigation and case-management support to the Malaysia Ethics & Business Conduct Committee (EBCC), alongside employment-related advisory support. You’ll work closely with EBCC Partners, senior leaders and key stakeholders to deliver timely fact-finding, clear documentation and effective remediation tracking, ensuring concerns are handled fairly, consistently and professionally while strengthening our ethical culture and standards of conduct. Key accountabilities Serve as the primary case manager for assigned investigations coordinating initial assessment, planning, fact-finding, reporting and closure with Human Capital and other relevant stakeholders. Support investigations involving Partners and Directors under the leadership of an EBCC member Partner and the applicable investigation governance arrangements.
