Application Deadline: 09/10/2026 Address: 33 Dundas Street West Job Family Group: Business Management Manager, Enablement & Operations, Employee and Community Giving The Manager, Enablement & Operations provides business management and operational execution support to the Director, Strategy, Operations & Governance, helping to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and successful outcomes. The role is responsible for managing key business management activities including planning and prioritization, governance administration, reporting and measurement, operational readiness, stakeholder engagement, technology enablement initiatives, vendor relationship support, and continuous improvement activities. Working across Employee & Community Giving and enterprise partners, the incumbent ensures projects, operational processes, governance forums, reporting routines, and business initiatives are effectively monitored and delivered in support of organizational objectives. The role acts as a central point of integration, enabling operational excellence, transparency, and disciplined execution across the function. The Manager, Enablement & Operations plays a critical role in suppo
