What you’ll do: Leads execution of planned and unplanned unit shutdowns executed by the Maintenance team, including support of timely worklist, job plan and critical path schedule development, efficient completion of high-quality field execution, tracking and closeout activities Single point of accountability to the asset for Maintenance in assigned asset area Assures annual maintenance budget is transparent to the asset team and properly managed and maintained and is responsible for minimizing spend for maintenance in asset area by efficiencies, ensuring maintenance and expense projects are completed efficiently and correctly the first time Facilitates multi-bid efforts from outside contractors for larger scopes that are unable to be scheduled within the normal running maintenance headcount, or when additional skills are required, collaborating with the Maintenance Discipline Managers t
