About the job We are seeking an experienced actuarial professional to join our Actuarial Pricing team as Manager . The role offers end-to-end exposure to life insurance pricing and product development, with opportunities to influence business decisions and work closely with senior and cross-functional stakeholders. Position Responsibilities: Product Pricing & Development Lead or support pricing for new products, repricing exercises and product enhancements, balancing profitability, risk, customer needs and market competitiveness. Own key pricing deliverables, including assumption setting, actuarial modelling, profitability assessment, sensitivity testing and documentation. Prepare clear pricing recommendations and communicate financial and business implications to management and governance forums. Governance & Business Partnership Ensure pricing work complies with corporate standards, governance frameworks, internal controls and applicable regulatory requirements. Maintain robust pricing documentation and support internal review, approval and audit processes.
