We provide comprehensive assistance to companies seeking to set up in Luxembourg and provide continuing support during all their life ( i.e. mergers, sales, liquidations, corporate restructuring, etc ). Be a part of our team where you will: Manage, develop and expand international and local clients portfolio; Be in charge of day-to-day management of the client files for accounting matters: Preparation of periodic reporting and annual accounts ; Preparation of accounting analysis and memorandum ; Preparation of periodic consolidated reporting and consolidated accounts ; Advise on day-to-day financial and accounting operations ; Accounting support to the tax
