We are looking for an experienced Consulting professional with passion for driving business transformation to join our growing team.

YOUR MISSION
- Build strong client relationships, with a focus on identifying and developing sales opportunities across a diverse portfolio of clients and industries.
- Drive business development activities and sales opportunities, including business case development, commercial analysis, budgeting, staffing, client negotiations and successful deal closures for both new and existing Accenture clients.
- Lead project delivery from initiation to completion while ensuring high-quality outcomes, client satisfaction and positive financial performance.
- Prepare complex project documentation and deliverables.
- Build high-performing teams through coaching, mentorship and people leadership, fostering collaboration, growth and accountability.
- Translate client & business needs into data-driven, AI-enabled implementable business solutions to enable long-term success and business integration.
- Design and implement business transformations that drive industry-specific, functional and digital operating model changes.
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders and project parties, adhering to our standards and methodologies.
- Engage with senior client representatives, including C-suite executives.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. The range of base pay for this role is 3 610 € - 7 000 €.
WHO YOU ARE
- University degree (MSc / MBA related to Finance/Economics is considered an advantage).
- 10+ years of professional experience including 5+ years of experience in Consulting or experience from leading large transformational projects.
- Fluency (C1+) in English and native Slovak language (spoken and written).
- Direct sales experience in a consulting environment, including opportunity development and commercial, financial and staffing analysis.
- Consulting team leadership experience, including team development, conflict resolution and delivery under pressure.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Independent and timely decision-making, considering relevant internal and external factors.
- High adaptability in complex and evolving situations, with the ability to anticipate challenges, rapidly develop alternative solutions and communicate complex ideas clearly through verbal and visual presentations.
- Ability and willingness to travel to client locations for up to 60% of working time; this is a mandatory requirement for the role.
Bonus points if you have:
- Specialized functional expertise in a relevant consulting area is considered an advantage.
- Advanced German (B2+).
