Worker Type: Employee Job Post End Date: 09/16/2026 Reporting to the Mechanical Coordinator, the Maintenance Technician, Millwright is responsible for the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul of mechanical equipment supporting Cenovus's Christina Lake SAGD operations. Working within a multidisciplinary maintenance team, the successful candidate will ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support operational excellence through preventative and corrective maintenance activities. Experience working in a Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage (SAGD) facility is considered a strong asset, with knowledge of oil sands production equipment, steam generation systems, processing facilities, and reliability-centered maintenance practices. While this vacancy is currently at Christina Lake North this posting could be used to fill vacancies at any of the Oil Sands Operations sites (Christina Lake, Christina Lake North, Foster Creek, or Sunrise, based on business need).
