How You Will Make Contributions Perform maintenance activities on all manufacturing process equipment in all areas of the plant at a fundamental level Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and/or pneumatic production and/or packaging equipment issues at a fundamental level Perform preventative maintenance on plant machinery and equipment at a fundamental level Perform adjustments to machinery and work with machine operators on problems to improve quality and efficiency of packaging lines at a fundamental level Monitor the production/packaging lines and report any abnormal condition(s) of the machines to the appropriate individuals (Plant Manager, Supervisor, etc.). Monitor and maintain in optimal operational condition all safety features and systems on the machinery and equipment at a fundamental level Communicate effectively with all employees, supervisors and managers in
