Job Title : Industrial Maintenance Technician III Job Summary: Advanced-level position responsible for conducting and leading complex maintenance operations, troubleshooting high-level mechanical issues and overseeing preventative maintenance programs. Acts as technical expert and mentor withing the maintenance team, coordinates with vendors and contractors, and ensures reliability and safety of all CNC and facility systems. Requires extensive experience and leadership capabilities. Responsibility: Lead complex maintenance and repair tasks on CNC machinery and facility systems. Diagnose and resolve advanced mechanical issues using expert-level troubleshooting techniques. Fabricate custom parts and perform high-precision repairs using advanced tools and welding equipment. Oversee preventative maintenance programs and ensure compliance with schedules and documentation. Manage inventory systems and coordinate ordering of tools, parts, and supplies. Operate and troubleshoot facility control systems and utility monitoring software. Respond to critical maintenance issues and coordinate emergency repairs.
