Job Title : Maintenance Team Lead Shift: 1st Shift Job Summary: Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Team Lead will be responsible for coordinating and prioritizing maintenance crew activities. Proficiently repairs and maintains various machinery and mechanical equipment, including motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines, by diligently performing assigned duties. Responsibility: Takes responsibility for his/her own safety, as well as other maintenance crew members and associates. Coordinates with proper management to prioritize and complete required maintenance activities. Ensures seamless communication between shifts and participates actively in Team Leader meetings. Visually inspects and tests machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions and dismantles devices to gain access to problem areas. Installs new or repaired parts and replaces faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment. Also installs special functional and structural parts in devices.
