Worker Type: Employee Job Post End Date: 11/09/2026 About this opportunity: The Maintenance Specialist is responsible for executing turnaround events, ensuring all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in alignment with the integrated plan developed by the Senior Turnaround Coordinator. While the Senior Coordinator is accountable for overall turnaround planning and strategy, the Specialist plays a critical role in translating the plan into action by coordinating resources, managing schedules, and ensuring execution readiness across all fronts. This role requires strong collaboration with planners, schedulers, coordinators, contractors, and operations teams to support seamless execution and continuous improvement. This position will require the successful candidate to work at one or more of the following Cenovus sites based on business needs: Christina Lake, Christina Lake North, Foster Creek, and/or Sunrise. Work Environment: This is a full-time employee position working a shift rotation. All Oil Sands Operations sites have full-service camp facilities and recreational amenities.
