Role Overview The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall management and coordination of maintenance and support personnel, maintenance training and development, supply support operations, budget management, and operational maintenance requirements of CAE’s training devices across multiple sites. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of maintenance and supply support services that enable end-user training outcomes within time, cost, quality, and regulatory requirements. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, maintain regulatory certifications, oversee operational performance, and ensure CAE meets its contractual obligations under the ASIST program.
