Ready to bring your best? 2-2-3 12-hour rotation; 5 PM - 5:30 AM EST How You Will Make Contributions That Matter … ● All duties consistent with following our established SOPs to ensure the proper transfer of dairy products from blending to processing, to identified filling system in accordance with the production run schedule ● Efficient operation of the process equipment to include the high temperature heat exchange systems equipment, rigs, tanks, pumps, product lines, valves, fitting, and components ● Follow established Product Processing guidelines to ensure product meets our internal Saputo, State, and Federal Pasteurized Milk Ordinance requirements. ● Effective communication and coordination with other departments to ensure product is processed and supplied in accordance with our production run schedule, product end of run, and product changeovers. ● Follow all Chart Recording guidelines, ensure accura
