Job Description & Summary: The primary aim of our Delivering Deal Value service offering is to provide advice and support on the operational and value creation challenges arising on Merger and Acquisition (“M&A”) transactions (acquisitions, disposals and carve-outs) and legal restructurings. Responsibilities of role: DDV focuses on providing advice and support for potential / actual transactions and assists clients in all operational aspects of the transaction, pre and post completion, including: Pre-deal integration / separation complexity assessments Compile financial information and
