Key Responsibilities Execute local and international purchasing activities according to business requirements and company policies. Manage supplier communications, request quotations, prepare purchase orders, and follow up on deliveries. Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of goods. Support and execute import and export activities, including customs documentation, freight coordination, and regulatory compliance. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records within company systems. Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and support physical inventory activities. Coordinate the receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and spare parts. Work closely with logistics providers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and suppliers
