⠀ Join CAE’s Global Training Standards team as Local Training Standards Lead based in Madrid (Spain). Key focus areas include: Mentoring and overseeing performance for Instructors, Examiners, Tutors, Mentors and Coaches. Coordinating and analysing audits and performance reviews to maintain instructional consistency, regulatory compliance and training quality. Championing global standards by translating enterprise-wide initiatives into local actions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and instructional excellence. Plan, monitor, schedule and implement global standards procedures locally, ensuring consistent application across operations. Assess instructor pilot performance using established observation tools (e.g. IPPM, DOI), including scheduling, analysing results and providing recommendations to the global team for continuous improvement. Deliver instructor training sessions (online and in-person) and support the development and maintenance of instructor training materials and courseware.
