The Life Underwriting Auditor will conduct detailed audits of underwriting initiatives and processes, evaluate the quality and consistency of decisions, and provide actionable insights that help maintain alignment with pricing, mortality assumptions, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Conduct post issue audits and monitoring of new underwriting initiatives to assess technical accuracy, guideline adherence, quality of underwriter decisioning. Review underwriting decisions for medical, financial, and operational soundness, ensuring they align with company guidelines, risk appetite, and mortality assumptions. Identify material errors, trends, and themes in audit results and prepare clear, structured reports and recommendations for management. Collaborate with Underwriting Management and Risk Management to develop and monitor Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and track remediation progress. Sup
