Position Summary: Under the direction of the Associate Director, ensure the efficient and effective operations of the Collections Centre. Organize, support, guide and monitor the progress and performance of all staff involved in the management of library collections held at the McGill University Collections Centre (MUCC) . Develops procedures and makes recommendations to improve unit efficiency. Acts as a resource person, resolves problems, instructs others and provides troubleshooting and technical advice.
