Job Title: Level 4 – Maintenance Multi Skilled Job Summary The Level 4 – Maintenance Multi Skilled is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing a variety of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems within an industrial environment. Responsibility Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues of the production equipment to minimize downtime. Perform predictive and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment according to established schedules. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensure all systems are properly integrated and functional. Repair and replace defective parts, such as bearings, gears, belts and motors. Conduct precision alignments and adjustments on machinery. Execute mechanical rebuilds of the machinery and components. Troubleshoot, repair and replace PLCs (Allen Bradley PLC, Fanuc / Siemens CNC controls) and other PC-based systems Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability. Read and interpret drawings, blueprints and schematics. Close work orders using maintenance tracking system. Academic/Educational Requirements High school diplom
