Overview of the role: Saputo Inc. is seeking a Legal Counsel, Mergers & Acquisitions who will be based out of our Corporate Head office in Montreal. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Legal Affairs, the selected lawyer will join and collaborate with a dynamic team of highly skilled business and legal minds on Saputo’s M&A and related financing files. In this role, you will be involved across all stages of the transaction lifecycle while contributing to developing effective strategies with the Company’s corporate development team, and supervising the work of external counsel. Accretive M&A is a cornerstone of the Company’s growth strategy.
