Legal Counsel Position Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and support on Macau Operations, including products, distribution, marketing, claims and complaints Manage and advise on claims, complaints and litigation matters in Macau and develop strategies to resolve disputes efficiently while protecting the company’s interests Draft, review and negotiate agreements and other documents in relation to Hong Kong and Macau Operations and Distribution channels Advise on intra-group agreements and other general corporate, commercial and governance matters of the company and the group Provide legal advice and support on business projects, new business models and other strategic initiatives of the company and the group Advise on consultations of new laws and regulations in Hong Kong and Macau and support on regulatory submissions and filings to the IA, the AMCM and other relevant authorities Monitor and advise on legal and regulatory changes in Hong Kong and Macau, including updates from the IA, the AMCM and other relevant authorities Work closely with internal stakeholders in Hong Kong, Macau, Asia and North America to provide legal and regulatory support Instruct, monitor and supervise
