About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to help scale Tailscale’s global Go-to-Market organization. This is a lead-level individual contributor role for a recruiter with deep GTM expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to serve as a trusted advisor while delivering against complex and high-priority hiring needs.
