Job Description Lead Developer, RBC Capital Markets LLC, Jersey City, NJ: Lead Risk platform delivery with full-stack architecture (Java/Spring Boot, Python, React/TypeScript). Design event-driven services for Profit and Loss (PnL) and risk limits. Build backend services for intraday calculation and snapshots. Develop Excel-integrated solutions using Excel-DNA to bridge between C# and COM applications. Application Programming Interface (API)/messaging (Kafka/Solace) for downstream consumers. Implement CI/CD pipelines, Spark processing, and S3/Iceberg data lakes. Support macro trading/risk workflows with focus on structured and flow rates/FX instruments. Mentor engineers and drive modernization. Evaluate and implement AI/ML automation. Telecommuting permitted up to 1 day per week. #LI-DNI Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, $193,461.00 per year.
