How You Will Make Contributions That Matter The QA Laboratory Technician is responsible for conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of: raw materials, ingredients, in-process products and finished good products. Position Accountabilities The QA Laboratory Technician is directly accountable for the specific duties detailed below, in addition to any other duties as defined by the QA Manager. Conduct analytical and organoleptic testing of raw ingredients, in-process samples and finished goods Enter test results and other data into quality databases or spreadsheets Record information in logs and forms as required Advise and confer with departmental supervisors in regards to non-conforming product Place non-conforming products on hold and make assessments for disposition Understand and enforce compliance to all regulatory, corporate and plant policies and procedures Support QA
